Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Trona, California

In this per diem opportunity, youll provide 1:1 or small-group support to students, working closely with teachers and staff as needs arise throughout the school year. Position Highlights:

To qualify, youll need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age
• TB test clearance (per district policy)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Willingness to secure all required background clearances prior to starting

Preferred experience includes:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with autism or behavioral challenges a plus
• Credentials such as CPI, PMT, or RBT highly valued but not required
• A patient, dependable, and collaborative approach
