Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Up-to-date TB test compliance (as required by district guidelines)
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift as part of daily duties
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Certification or hands-on experience in CPI, PMT, or as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and strong teamwork skills
