In this role, your focus will be on individualized attention and care for students, particularly those requiring extra behavioral and academic guidance. Your skills as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Paraprofessional, Behavioral Health Assistant, or ABA Therapist will shine as you work alongside educators and specialists to foster student growth.

What youll do:

  • Deliver one-on-one or small group academic, behavioral, and social support, following teachers guidance.
  • Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and engagement in classroom activities.
  • Implement behavior support strategies and follow each students Individualized Education Program (IEP).
  • Support mobility, supervision, and provide personal care where needed.
  • Contribute to a safe, respectful, and welcoming school environment.

Who you are:

  • Hold an Associates degree or higher and are at least 18 years of age.
  • Physically able to stand, walk, and lift as the job requires.
  • Have current fingerprint clearance or are willing to obtain it prior to starting.
  • Ideally experienced in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care.
  • Demonstrate reliability, patience, and enjoy collaborating with others.
  • CPI, PMT, RBT certification or similar experience preferred, especially with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
