Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Stockton, California

School-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) professionals are currently being sought to serve as substitute support staff in educational settings near Stockton, CA. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide essential academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
• Collect data and report student behaviors to supervising staff
• Deliver targeted 1:1 or small-group support as guided by educators
• Facilitate smooth transitions and daily routines for students
• Implement individualized behavior support plans and follow IEPs when required
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care based on student needs
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all learners

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• 18 years of age or older
• TB clearance as required by the district
• Ability to stand, walk, and support safe lifting practices
• Willingness to complete background and clearance requirements prior to start

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or related training highly valued (but not mandatory)
• Dependability, patience, and strong collaborative skills
