Registered Behavior Technicians play a vital role in fostering student growth, confidence, and success within school communities. Current opportunities are available on a per diem basisideal for professionals seeking flexibility while positively impacting students on a 1:1 basis in a structured educational environment.

As a valued part of the school team, youll:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group assistance as guided by teachers and school staff
• Assist students with daily routines, classroom transitions, and participation
• Implement behavior intervention plans and adhere to IEP goals where applicable
• Support student mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive setting for all learners

Minimum requirements include:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Passing a TB test (per school regulations)
• Ability to assist with lifting, standing, and walking throughout the day
• Current clearances or willingness to complete them prior to starting

Preferred experience includes:

• Prior work in school, special education, behavioral health, or child-focused settings
• Background supporting students with autism, special needs, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT principles is a plus
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative nature
