• Offer supervision, mobility support, and personal care assistance as needed
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning atmosphere

Key qualifications for success in this role include:

• Associates Degree or higher education
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Current fingerprint background clearance or willingness to obtain prior to starting
• Preferred: Experience in educational, behavioral health, special education, or similar child-centered environments
• Experience supporting students with autism, special needs, or behavioral challenges highly valued
• Certification or experience with CPI, PMT, or as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a plus
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative team orientation
