Qualifications and Skills:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician license with BACB credentials (required)
  • Experience as an RBT, Paraprofessional, ABA Therapist, or Behavioral Health Assistant
  • Familiarity with state IEP processes (preferred)
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, though not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individual students in academic and behavioral settings on a 1:1 basis
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions as outlined in student plans
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and related professionals to support student achievement and growth
  • Assist in data collection and progress monitoring for students participating in ABA or other behavioral programs
  • Adapt strategies to align with each childs unique goals, ensuring safety and positive experiences in school
