• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license with BACB certification
• Previous experience in roles such as Paraprofessional, Behavioral Health Assistant, ABA Therapist, or RBT in a school or similar environment
• Knowledge of the state IEP program is strongly preferred
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, though this is not required
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills

What Youll Be Doing:
