Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician in Santa Monica, CA

What You'll Bring:

• Active RBT certification with BACB credentials (required)
• Background as Paraprofessional, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Health Assistant, or similar role
• Familiarity with Californias IEP processes and school-based behavioral programs (preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not mandatory
• Ability to collaborate with students, teachers, and service teams
• Dedication to providing compassionate, effective behavioral support

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with assigned K12 students, tailoring behavioral interventions to their unique needs
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in academic and social settings
• Support students with daily routines, communication, and self-advocacy
• Collect documentation and data for student progress, assisting in adjusting interventions as needed
• Partner with school teams to develop, monitor, and modify individualized plans
• Uphold ethical standards consistent with BACB guidelines
• Communicate regularly with staff, parents, and related service providers
