This role focuses on providing tailored behavioral and academic assistance to students from kindergarten through 12th grade, creating positive outcomes and memorable learning experiences.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RBT certification through BACB (required)
- Solid understanding of ABA principles and experience collaborating with school teams
- Familiarity with state IEP processes (preferred)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not necessary
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized behavioral interventions and ABA therapy to assigned students
- Provide structured support during classroom instruction and social situations
- Implement and track individualized education and behavior plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to foster student growth
- Maintain detailed documentation of services and student progress in alignment with program goals
