Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RBT certification through BACB (required)
• Solid understanding of ABA principles and experience collaborating with school teams
• Familiarity with state IEP processes (preferred)
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not necessary

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized behavioral interventions and ABA therapy to assigned students
• Provide structured support during classroom instruction and social situations
