RBT | Santa Ana, California

This position offers an opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work on-site at a school in Santa Ana, CA, for the 2025/2026 school year. The role requires immediate availability and full onboarding prior to the start date. This is a contract position focused on providing behavioral support and intervention services within an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collect and record data on behavior and progress accurately.
• Collaborate with educators and other staff to support student development.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions with students and staff.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with students in schools is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Santa Ana, CA, during the 2025/2026 school year.
• Immediate availability and completed onboarding process.
• Strong communication and data collection skills.
• Ability to follow directions precisely and work within a team environment.
