Qualifications and Experience:

• Must hold an active RBT credential in good standing with the BACB
• Prior experience in school-based or behavioral health environments strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of IEP implementation processes is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are highly valued, though fluency in another language is not required
• Passion for supporting students with behavioral challenges using evidence-based strategies

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy and behavioral support under the direction of school-based clinicians
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in interventions and IEP accommodations
• Accurately document session notes and data to track student progress and inform future strategies
• Encourage positive behavior, independence, and skill acquisition in one-on-one and classroom settings
• Foster a safe, encouraging, and respectful learning atmosphere
