Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold an active RBT credential in good standing with the BACB
- Prior experience in school-based or behavioral health environments strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of IEP implementation processes is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are highly valued, though fluency in another language is not required
- Passion for supporting students with behavioral challenges using evidence-based strategies
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy and behavioral support under the direction of school-based clinicians
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in interventions and IEP accommodations
- Accurately document session notes and data to track student progress and inform future strategies
- Encourage positive behavior, independence, and skill acquisition in one-on-one and classroom settings
- Foster a safe, encouraging, and respectful learning atmosphere
