Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Rossville, GA

Make a daily impact by supporting students success and well-being as a school-based paraprofessional near Rossville, GA. In this important role, youll:

• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance tailored to student needs under the direction of certified teachers
• Help students navigate daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions throughout the school day
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and adhere to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care requirements as needed
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old
• District-compliant TB test and the physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Must possess current background clearances or be open to obtaining them prior to starting

Preferred experience:

• Previous experience in educational, behavioral health, or childcare settings, especially supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT certification is a plus
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative attitude
