Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician in Roseville, CA

In this role, you will:

• Deliver individualized or small-group support, helping students achieve academic, behavioral, and social goals under the guidance of a classroom teacher
• Aid students throughout daily routines, transitions, and active participation in classroom activities
• Apply and reinforce established behavior support plans, adhering to students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support student mobility, supervision, and personal care needs whenever required
• Foster a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all students

Preferred qualifications include:

• Associate's degree or higher
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to walk, stand, and assist with lifting if needed
• Existing fingerprint background clearances or willingness to obtain them before starting
• Prior experience in schools, behavioral health, or child care is advantageous
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is highly regarded
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification or experience is a significant plus
• Commitment to reliability, patience, and collaborative teamwork
