Qualifications:

• Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through BACB is required
• Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
• Understanding of the state IEP process is beneficial
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, though it is not a requirement
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct ABA therapy and behavioral support to assigned student(s) in a 1:1 setting
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of school staff and BCBA
• Document daily progress and assist with ongoing data collection
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to best support student progress
• Adapt interventions to meet each student's unique needs in both classroom and community settings
