• Prior experience as an RBT, behavioral health assistant, ABA therapist, or school paraprofessional
• Familiarity with state IEP procedures preferred
• Bilingual abilities are appreciated but not necessary

Key Duties:

• Deliver individualized behavioral and educational support to students in K-12 settings
• Implement ABA strategies and support student progress across academic and behavioral goals
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, special education teams, and families
• Document interventions, progress, and respond flexibly to student needs
• Adhere to professional standards of confidentiality and ethical practice

This position offers a starting rate of $23 per hour and up, paired with the freedom of per diem scheduling.
