Desired Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential with BACB required
• Background as a Paraprofessional, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Health Assistant, or similar role
• Experience providing direct 1:1 student support in educational or clinical settings
• Familiarity with state IEP processes highly desirable
• Bilingual abilities a bonus, but not essential
• Strong communication and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver dedicated, individualized behavioral interventions to assigned students across K12 classrooms
• Collaborate closely with special education teachers, school psychologists, and other team members
• Support students in both academic and behavioral goals outlined in their education plans
• Collect and document data to monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly
• Encourage positive social engagement and foster a safe, inclusive learning environment
• Maintain confidentiality while building strong, supportive relationships with students and staff
