Your experience as an RBT or in a similar behavioral support role ensures youll play a meaningful role each day whether youre providing ABA therapy, collaborating with school teams to implement behavioral interventions, or helping students reach their goals in and out of the classroom.

What Were Looking For:

• Current RBT certification with BACB required
• Experience supporting K-12 students with behavioral, emotional, or academic needs
• Familiarity with the state's IEP program is a strong plus
• Bilingual abilities are highly preferred, but not required
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries with students and staff
• Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine commitment to making a difference

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Delivering 1:1 ABA interventions to students from kindergarten through high school
• Collecting data and tracking student progress in alignment with IEP goals
• Assisting with classroom management and supporting educators with behavior strategies
• Collaborating closely with teachers, behavior analysts, and support staff
