Job Description

Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Compliance with TB testing requirements
- Physically able to stand, walk, and assist students as needed
- Willingness to obtain necessary background clearances before starting
Preferred Experience:
- Prior work in educational, behavioral health, or childcare environments
- Experience assisting students with special needs, including autism or behavioral challenges
- Familiarity or certification in CPI, PMT, or RBT
- Dependable, patient, and collaborative attitude
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering 1:1 or small group academic and behavioral support under teacher direction
- Aiding with classroom routines, transitions, and active participation
- Carrying out behavior intervention plans and following IEP guidelines
- Assisting with supervision, mobility, and personal care needs when required
- Supporting a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment
