Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Rome, Georgia

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Compliance with TB testing requirements
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist students as needed
• Willingness to obtain necessary background clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in educational, behavioral health, or childcare environments
• Experience assisting students with special needs, including autism or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity or certification in CPI, PMT, or RBT
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative attitude

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering 1:1 or small group academic and behavioral support under teacher direction
• Aiding with classroom routines, transitions, and active participation
• Carrying out behavior intervention plans and following IEP guidelines
• Assisting with supervision, mobility, and personal care needs when required
