What You'll Bring:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential with BACB certification
• Experience as a paraprofessional, behavioral health assistant, or ABA therapist in a school setting
• Knowledge of or experience with state IEP programs (preferred)
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not a requirement
• Passion for helping children and collaborating with educational teams

What Youll Do:

• Deliver targeted 1:1 behavioral support and ABA interventions for students from kindergarten through grade 12
• Implement customized plans and strategies designed by educational and behavioral teams
• Work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and families to monitor student progress and adapt strategies as needed
• Maintain detailed records of student progress, behavior, and intervention outcomes
• Uphold professional standards and ensure confidentiality at all times
