Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Rocklin, California

Your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Behavioral Health Assistant, or Paraprofessional will be valued as you work collaboratively with educators and families to support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions. Enjoy the flexibility of per diem scheduling while earning a starting pay of $28 per hour.

What Youll Bring:

• Current, active RBT credential with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience as a Paraprofessional, Behavioral Health Assistant, ABA Therapist, or Registered Behavior Technician
• Familiarity with IEP processes in school settings is preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus, though not required
• Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person, 1:1 behavioral and academic support to students ages K-12
• Implement ABA strategies to encourage positive student outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs and IEP goals
• Collect and record data on student progress
• Create supportive, inclusive environments tailored to individual strengths and challenges
