• Deliver individualized and small group academic, behavioral, and social support as directed by teaching staff
• Facilitate classroom participation and assist with daily routines and smooth transitions
• Implement behavior support plans and follow students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide supervision, mobility assistance, and personal care as needed
• Help maintain a positive, respectful atmosphere conducive to learning

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Compliance with TB testing as required
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when needed
• Ability to obtain or provide all necessary clearances before starting work

Preferred Experience:

• Work in school, special education, child care, or behavioral health settings
• Supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials or experience
• Demonstrated patience, reliability, and a collaborative spirit
