Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized academic and behavioral support under the guidance of certified teachers
• Assist students with classroom transitions, routines, and daily activities
• Implement IEPs and behavior support strategies with consistency and care
• Provide supervision and aid with student mobility or personal care as needed
• Help foster a respectful, supportive atmosphere where all students can succeed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Associates Degree or higher
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as required
• Current or obtainable fingerprint background clearance
• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, ABA therapy, or childcare settings preferred
• Expertise or certification in CPI, PMT, or as an RBT is a plus
• Reliable, patient, and communicative team member with strong problem-solving skills

Compensation is offered at $28.00 per hour.
