School-Based RBT Subs Needed | Flexible Per Diem Opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster academic, behavioral, and social growth for students in both classroom and 1:1 settings
  • Observe and evaluate student behaviors, reporting to supervising staff
  • Assist educators with implementing daily routines, managing transitions, and promoting classroom engagement
  • Carry out individualized behavior support plans, accommodating IEPs as needed
  • Provide support for student mobility, personal care, and supervision
  • Encourage a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning atmosphere for all

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Active RBT certification
  • 18 years or older
  • Compliant TB test (per school district rules)
  • Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting students
  • Up-to-date clearances, or willingness to secure them prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
  • Familiarity supporting students with autism, diverse learning needs, or behavioral challenges
  • CPI, PMT, or RBT experience welcomed, but not mandatory
  • Dependable, patient, and collaborative approach
