Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Ridgecrest, CA

What Youll Do:

• Provide 1:1 or small-group academic, behavioral, and social support within classroom environments
• Assist teachers and staff by supporting daily routines, transitions, and student participation
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow IEP guidelines as needed
• Offer supervision, mobility assistance, and personal care for students
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming classroom atmosphere

Requirements for School Placement:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age
• TB test in accordance with district requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when needed
• All clearances must be up-to-date, or you must be willing to complete them before you start

Preferred Background:

• Experience in schools, special education programs, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism spectrum disorder, or behavioral differences
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials (beneficial but not required)
• Dependable and patient team player dedicated to supporting every students success
