• TB test (per district requirements) and up-to-date clearances, or willingness to obtain prior to starting
• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting if needed
• Prior experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care preferred
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is a plus
• RBT, CPI, or PMT credentials/experience welcomed, but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative mindset is key
