Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one or small group guidance to students, supporting academic achievement and positive behaviors under teacher direction
- Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and participation, ensuring students are engaged and included
- Implement individualized behavior plans and support IEP goals in a consistent, compassionate manner
- Aid students with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as needed
- Contribute actively to a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or higher required
- At least 18 years of age
- Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting or physical support tasks
- Ability to obtain current fingerprint background clearance prior to start
Preferred Experience:
- Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
- Experience with students who have special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- Certification/experience in CPI, PMT, or as a Registered Behavior Technician a plus
- Reliability, patience, and a collaborative mindset
Pay for this position is $22.00 per hour.
