What we're seeking:
- Current RBT certification or paraprofessional credentials
- Prior experience in K-12 or pediatric care settings
- Strong ability to support behavioral, academic, and social goals in the classroom
- Flexibility for toileting and personal care support as needed
- A proven record of working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- School experience is highly valued
Core responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct student support in behavioral classrooms
- Facilitate positive learning environments and help de-escalate challenging situations
- Collaborate with teachers, clinicians, and other aides
- Document daily student activities and progress via app-based tools
- Support toileting or personal care needs when necessary
