Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 or small group support for academic, behavioral, and social development under the direction of classroom teachers
- Assist students during classroom activities, transitions, and daily routines
- Implement behavior intervention plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with fidelity
- Support students with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as needed
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, and provide physical assistance as necessary
- Current fingerprint background clearances or willingness to obtain before starting
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in school, behavioral health, special education, or child care settings
- Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- Certification or experience with CPI, PMT, or as an RBT is a plus
- Dependable, patient, and a collaborative team member
