Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 or small group support for academic, behavioral, and social development under the direction of classroom teachers
• Assist students during classroom activities, transitions, and daily routines
• Implement behavior intervention plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with fidelity
• Support students with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as needed
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand, walk, and provide physical assistance as necessary
• Current fingerprint background clearances or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in school, behavioral health, special education, or child care settings
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Certification or experience with CPI, PMT, or as an RBT is a plus
• Dependable, patient, and a collaborative team member
