Key Qualifications:

• Active RBT credential through BACB is required
• Experience working in school settings as a Paraprofessional, Behavioral Health Assistant, ABA Therapist, or Registered Behavior Technician
• Familiarity with the states IEP process preferred
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, though not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with students, educators, and families

What Youll Do:
