Job Description

As part of this team, you will:
- Provide individualized or small group supportacademic, behavioral, and socialunder the supervision of classroom teachers
- Assist students in daily routines, classroom transitions, and active participation
- Implement established behavior support plans and follow the directives outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Help with student mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed
- Promote and help maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
Ideal candidates bring:
- An Associates degree or higher
- Minimum age of 18 years
- The physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as required
- Current fingerprint background clearances (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare environments (preferred)
- A background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- Certification or hands-on experience with CPI, PMT, or RBT considered a plus
- A reliable, patient, and collaborative approach to working with students and colleagues
