Qualifications:

  • Current RBT Certification is required and must be maintained throughout the assignment
  • Experience working with K-12 students or in school settings is highly valued
  • Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, students, and families
  • Flexible, adaptable approach, with the ability to respond to varying caseloads as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 or small group behavioral interventions in accordance with students individualized education and behavioral plans
  • Collaborate with behavior analysts, special educators, and other staff to support student goals
  • Collect accurate data to track student progress and support data-driven decisions
  • Adapt behavioral strategies for diverse learning needs and classroom environments
  • Foster positive relationships to support student engagement and social-emotional development
  • Participate in ongoing professional learning to stay current in best practices for behavior intervention
