Key Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current fingerprint background clearance or willingness to obtain before starting

• Exposure to supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Certification or background in CPI, PMT, or registered behavior technician (RBT) is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide support for mobility, supervision, and personal care needs when required
