Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 or small group support for academic, behavioral, and social development under teachers supervision
• Assist students with daily classroom routines, transitions, and active participation
• Follow behavior support plans and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide mobility assistance, supervision, and personal care as needed
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive setting for all learners

Essential Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher
• At least 18 years of age
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as situations require
• Current fingerprint background clearance (or willingness to obtain before starting)

Preferred Experience/Skills:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral concerns
• Certification or knowledge in CPI, PMT, or as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
