What Were Looking For:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license with BACB required
• Experience in schools as an RBT, paraprofessional, behavioral health assistant, or ABA therapist
• Familiarity with the California IEP (Individualized Education Program) process preferred
• Bilingual abilities a plus, though not required
