Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Los Angeles, California

An opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school setting in Los Angeles, CA. This contract position requires immediate availability for the 2025-2026 school year. The role is on-site, providing hands-on behavioral support to students under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect and document data on student progress
• Assist in developing and maintaining positive behavioral supports
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to promote student success
• Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines as an RBT

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Full onboarding completed prior to start date
• Experience working with children in school settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA
• Immediate availability is required
