Per Diem RBT | Long Beach, California

Soliant is seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to provide vital support to students as a Registered Behavior Technician or experienced Paraprofessional in a dynamic school setting near Long Beach, CA. This per diem opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference while offering the flexibility to design your schedule around your life. Youll provide one-on-one behavioral and academic support to students from kindergarten through 12th grade, helping to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with BACB
• Background in working as an RBT, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Health Assistant, or ABA Therapist
• Knowledge of the state IEP program is a plus
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued, though not mandatory
• Demonstrated passion for working with children and contributing to their educational growth

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one support to students, implementing ABA therapy strategies under the supervision of certified staff
• Assist with behavior intervention plans and document progress data as required
• Engage collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure the well-being of each student
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
• Adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of each student in your caseload
