Qualifications and Experience:
- Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential through BACB required
- Experience in school, behavioral health, or ABA settings
- Understanding of or experience with state-specific IEP processes is preferred
- Bilingual abilities are an asset, though not mandatory
- Comfortable working 1:1 with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral interventions using ABA techniques to assigned students
- Implement individualized education plan goals and track student progress
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
- Document interventions and communication with the educational team
- Support a positive and inclusive learning environment
