This contract opportunity is for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role in a school setting located in Long Beach, CA, for the 2025/2026 school year. The position requires immediate availability with full onboarding completed prior to starting. This is an on-site assignment, ideal for professionals specialized in applied behavior analysis and experienced in working with students in educational environments.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience in delivering ABA therapy within school settings
• Ability to work effectively with students requiring behavioral support
• Fully onboarded and ready to start immediately
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators and therapists

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect data and monitor student progress meticulously
• Provide direct one-on-one behavioral interventions on site
• Collaborate with the educational team to ensure consistency in applying therapeutic strategies
• Maintain compliance with all school policies and procedures during contract period
