Job Description

Youll work closely under the guidance of educators, supporting students both one-on-one and in small groups. Your focus will be on implementing behavior plans, guiding academic participation, and assisting with classroom routines. Key Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
- Current fingerprint background clearance, or willingness to obtain prior to start
- Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care is valued
- Prior work with students facing special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is preferred
- Additional certification or experience in CPI, PMT, or as an RBT is a plus
- Reliable, patient, and eager to collaborate within a team setting
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide academic, behavioral, and social support in classrooms and throughout the school day
- Assist with daily routines, transitions, and student participation in school activities
- Implement behavior intervention plans in accordance with each students IEP
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment
- Support students personal care and mobility needs if required
