Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician in Lodi, CA

Key Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current fingerprint background clearance, or willingness to obtain prior to start
• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care is valued
• Prior work with students facing special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is preferred
• Additional certification or experience in CPI, PMT, or as an RBT is a plus
• Reliable, patient, and eager to collaborate within a team setting

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support in classrooms and throughout the school day
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and student participation in school activities
• Implement behavior intervention plans in accordance with each students IEP
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment
• Support students personal care and mobility needs if required
