Job Description

As a valued team member, youll work 1:1 with students from kindergarten through 12th grade, using evidence-based behavioral techniques and ABA strategies. Youll have the opportunity to put your RBT license to use, grow your skillset, and enjoy the reward of helping students achieve their goals.
Skills & Experience Sought:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with BACB required
- Previous experience as a Paraprofessional, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Health Assistant, or similar strongly preferred
- Comfort and competence supporting a K-12 caseload in a 1:1 setting
- Familiarity with IEP programs in schools preferred
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability
Responsibilities Include:
- Implementing ABA therapy and behavioral interventions with fidelity
- Working individually with students to reinforce positive behaviors and meet academic or behavioral targets
- Supporting students and teachers during classroom activities
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families to ensure student success
- Documenting progress, incidents, and data collection as required
