Skills & Experience Sought:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with BACB required
• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Health Assistant, or similar strongly preferred
• Comfort and competence supporting a K-12 caseload in a 1:1 setting
• Familiarity with IEP programs in schools preferred
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability

Responsibilities Include:

• Implementing ABA therapy and behavioral interventions with fidelity
• Working individually with students to reinforce positive behaviors and meet academic or behavioral targets
• Supporting students and teachers during classroom activities
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families to ensure student success
• Documenting progress, incidents, and data collection as required
