Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Lewiston, California

As a valued provider of 1:1 or small group support, your role will center around fostering positive behaviors, assisting with classroom engagement, and implementing personalized learning or behavior plans under the direction of educators. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow as a Registered Behavior Technician, Behavioral Health Assistant, Paraprofessional, ABA Therapist, or similar professional in a dynamic educational setting. Youll be compensated at $22.00 per hour while delivering meaningful support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver academic, behavioral, and social supportindividually or in small groupsunder teacher supervision
• Help students manage daily routines, transitions, and active classroom participation
• Carry out behavior support plans and follow students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide supervision and, when needed, assist with mobility and personal care needs
• Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all students

Desired Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or above a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Capable of standing, walking, and helping with lifting as needed
• Able to provide or obtain current fingerprint background clearances
• Experience in special education, child care, or behavioral health settings preferred
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification or training is a strong asset
• Dependable, patient, and a collaborative spirit
