In this role, youll work closely with students and educators to ensure every learner receives the encouragement and guidance they need:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group support to students, assisting with academic, behavioral, and social growth under teacher supervision
• Help students transition through daily routines, ensuring active classroom participation
• Implement behavioral support strategies, following Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as directed
• Provide assistance with mobility, supervision, and personal care requirements as needed
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment that nurtures all learners

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Associates degree or higher required
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Able to stand, walk, and help with lifting tasks when necessary
• Current fingerprint background clearances or readiness to obtain them before starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience in school settings, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Certification or experience in CPI, PMT, or RBT valued
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative mindset
