Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group instruction and behavioral support alongside classroom staff
• Assist students through daily routines, classroom transitions, and overall participation
• Follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and implement behavior support plans effectively
• Help with mobility, supervision, and personal care tasks when needed
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere for learning and growth

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to meet TB test requirements according to local regulations
• Physically able to stand, walk, and perform lifting or assistance as necessary
• Current background clearances or willingness to obtain them before starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience in educational, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Familiarity with supporting students who have special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Certification or background in CPI, PMT, or as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a plus
• Dependable, patient, and strong team player
