Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Kansas City, Missouri

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering tailored 1:1 or small group academic, behavioral, and social support under teacher guidance
• Assisting students with daily routines, transitions, and active participation in classroom activities
• Implementing behavior support plans and following Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Supporting students with mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed
• Helping to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe classroom environment

Preferred candidates will bring:

• An Associates degree or higher
• Age 18 or older
• The physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Current fingerprint background clearances (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity or certification in CPI, PMT, RBT, or similar systems (a plus)
