Key Qualifications:

• Some college coursework required; Associates degree or above highly valued
• Must be 18 years or older
• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with student needs, including lifting
• Possession of, or willingness to obtain, updated fingerprint clearances before starting
• Preferred: Background in education, ABA, behavioral health, child care, or similar settings
• Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral or emotional challenges is desirable
• Certifications in CPI, PMT, or RBT a plus
• Dependable, patient, and proactive team player

Major Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small-group educational and behavioral support in classrooms under the direction of teaching staff
• Help students with daily routines, smooth classroom transitions, and promote participation
• Implement behavioral intervention strategies and adhere to students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide assistance with mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed
• Uphold a safe, inclusive environment that fosters learning and respect for all
