Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician in Inyokern, CA

What Youll Do:

• Provide 1:1 or small-group support, assisting students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom settings
• Implement behavior support plans and follow students IEPs as appropriate
• Help students with daily routines, classroom transitions, and participation
• Support mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure student success

Who Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Current TB test (per district requirements)
• Able to stand, walk, and help with lifting or physical support
• Must have or be willing to obtain required clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience valued, but not mandatory
• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $28.50 to $40.50. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
