Registered Behavioral Technicians are invited to join a dedicated team providing valuable support to students in a dynamic, school-based environment near Hayward, CA. Key Responsibilities:
- Offer academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom environments
- Deliver 1:1 or small group assistance under the guidance of teachers and school staff
- Help students transition through daily routines and participate fully in school activities
- Implement behavior support strategies and follow Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as directed
- Provide support with mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed
- Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning atmosphere
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Successful TB test (as per district requirements)
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when required
- Current school compliance clearances, or willingness to obtain them before starting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
- Familiarity working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- Background with CPI, PMT, or RBT methodologies (not required, but beneficial)
- Demonstrated reliability, patience, and a collaborative approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $28.50 to $40.50. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
