Your Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or higher
• At least 18 years old
• Able to stand, walk, and occasionally assist with lifting
• Current or attainable fingerprint background clearances

Preferred Experience:

• Time spent in a school, special education, ABA therapy, or behavioral health setting
• Experience supporting students with special needs, including autism or behavioral challenges
• Training or certification in CPI, PMT, or RBT strongly valued
• A patient, reliable, and cooperative demeanor

What Youll Do:

• Deliver academic, behavioral, and social support, following teacher and IEP guidance
• Assist with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
• Implement behavior support plans and facilitate a respectful, safe environment
• Provide supervision, mobility, and personal care as needed
