Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 or small group support for academic, behavioral, and social development under teacher supervision
• Assist with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
• Follow and implement behavior support plans and IEPs
• Provide mobility, supervision, and personal care support as needed
• Uphold a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom climate

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and provide lifting/physical assistance
• Willingness to undergo required fingerprint background clearances
• Associates degree or higher is a plus

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Certification or background in CPI, PMT, or RBT highly valued
• Displays patience, reliability, and a collaborative mindset
